ROLE OVERVIEW

As the SEO/Email Marketing Expert at Helloi.ai, you’ll play a critical role in driving traffic, user engagement, and conversions through SEO optimization and targeted email marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our content, product, and marketing teams to ensure that our platform ranks high in search results and that our email communications build strong relationships with users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO Strategy & Execution:

Develop & Implement SEO Strategy: Create and execute an effective SEO strategy to increase Helloi.ai’s visibility across search engines, improving organic traffic and user acquisition.
Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content to improve ranking and drive qualified traffic.
On-Page SEO Optimization: Ensure the site is fully optimized for search engines, including proper use of tags, metadata, URL structure, and internal linking.
Technical SEO Audits: Regularly audit the website for SEO performance, fixing any issues to maintain optimal technical health.
Content Strategy: Work with content creators to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and other materials are aligned with SEO goals and optimized for search visibility.

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Email Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, re-engage users, and drive conversions.
Segmentation & Personalization: Use segmentation strategies to tailor email content to different user groups and optimize the customer journey.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Test various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, CTAs, designs) to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Email Automation: Set up and manage automated email sequences for onboarding, re-engagement, and promotional purposes.
List Growth & Health: Develop strategies to grow and maintain a healthy email list, ensuring high deliverability and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in SEO and email marketing, preferably within the tech or professional development industry.
A strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute SEO and email marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Passion for digital marketing, growth hacking, and professional development.
