ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resume and Cover Letter Optimization: Develop and continuously improve resume and cover letter templates that maximize candidate visibility and effectiveness.
Career Experience Design: Create impactful career journey frameworks that help users communicate their experiences effectively, showcasing their skills and achievements in the best light.
Candidate Success Strategy: Design strategies to help users transition smoothly into new roles, ensuring faster onboarding and enhanced performance from day one.
Market Insight and Salary Optimization: Analyze market trends to provide salary negotiation insights and help candidates secure the best possible compensation.
User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the product team to refine user journeys and ensure the platform delivers an intuitive and valuable experience.
Partnership and Networking: Establish relationships with industry leaders and recruiters to understand hiring trends and integrate them into our tools.
Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Develop informative resources, including guides, articles, and webinars, to educate users on effective career progression and job transition strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in HR leadership, talent acquisition, or career development, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
In-depth knowledge of resume optimization, career transition strategies, and salary negotiation best practices.
Strong understanding of job market trends and recruitment processes across various industries.
Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Passion for helping professionals grow and succeed in their careers.

Experience working with AI-driven recruitment or career development platforms.
Established network within the HR or recruitment industry.
